Who's Gonna Drive You Home?

Callaway's Hyper X Driver. That's who. This is a great driver at a reasonable price. It may not look or sound as fancy as the Diablo but it still get's the job done. Large forgiving club face with a sturdy shaft makes this a winner. Excellent grip and feel. Lightweight but still beastly. I can get some nice drives with this one. I'm using the left handed 10 degree neutral version with stiff shaft. I feel right at home on the driving range.More detail ...

GREAT at the beginning but after a while go with the ft-iq

First off all all I have to say is I was so excited to buy this club. I have been playing for 8 years and have tried every club known to man. At the beginning I was hitting close to 300yds. After about a month the club got harder and harder to keep straight and from slicing. I have NEVER had those problems with the ft-iq. In the end it turned out my club-head was defective. So I sent it back and got a new one. THE SAME THING HAPPENED. So I called Callaway and asked for help they said it was the sellers fault. The next day I went over to my local proshop and asked for some helpful advice. He said that there has been many complaints on the ft-iz getting dents in the head. In the end I switched back to the good trusty ft-iq and i'm so glad. Overall do you want to have a club theat will last you a couple weeks or years?More detail ...

Forgan Driver

First of all this driver is really wicked looking. For playing golf it's not quite so wicked. I normally don't slice or hook with drivers but with this I can't hit it straight. It does however have a nice balance to it. First time I used it the paint chipped and the ball put a dent in it so I was pretty disappointed. Overall I probably won't buy again.More detail ...

Great Driver-Great Price

Down at our local golf course driving range they had a "Demo Day" with factory reps from Nike Taylor Made Cleveland Mizuno and Hippo. I was interested in replacing my dated Great Big Bertha II so I tried out all of their drivers. I liked them all but best of all I liked the Hippo Hex 460 and it was $100 to $300 less than the others. I bought the Hippo and immediately played 18 holes. What a difference compared to my old Great Big Bertha. My fair drives turned out good my good drives turned out great and my great drives phenomenal boring perfectly 290 yards though the air on a surreal laser straight trajectory. I'm a 14 handicap who has plenty of power but gets in trouble with wayward shots off the tee. This club with it's square head technology will be a tremendous asset and I'm very excited about it. Hopefully I'll win some skin money off my buddies before my handicap goes down.More detail ...

Light weight and very forgiving!

I've been eyeing these for years and finally got one. OK so with my 18 handicap I still have trouble with consistency on the driver but the fades are less extreme and I'm actually hitting a slight draw now. Even when I mis-hit I seem to be in less trouble. great driver!More detail ...
